HYF-001 Polishing enzyme is a kind of liquid cellulase by fermentation of non-pathogenic bacteria microbe in liquid.
Application: this product can be used for cellulose fabric’s bio-polishing, a kind of new finishing process. Be applied to woven , knitted fabric, and can get better effect on complete cotton fabric, cotton/polyester blends,flax, ramie and other fabrics.
The use of HYF-001 polishing enzyme is various, after the enzyme treatment , fuzzability and pilling reduced, the handle feel of farbric mor e soft and smooth, and with more lustre and bright color.
Technology condition:
Dosage: 0.2-0.8%( according to the weight of fabric);
Bath ratio: 5-15/kg fabric;operating time:30-60min; PH:4.5-5.5;operating temperature:45-55
Inactivation : by add anhydrous sodium carbonate and raise the ph to 10 or raise the temperature to 70 and keep it 10 mins.This process is controled by fabric’s weight loss , the weight loss between 3-5% can be achieve better polishing effect.
