We established in 1995 and specializes in manufacturing copper and copper alloys used to produce ships, industrial machinery, plants, valves. We supplying copper alloy casting product to major company in Korea stably and we hold a patent regarding to centrifugal casting.
Casting Method: Sand Casting, Centrifugal Casting Material: Red Brass, Yellow Brass, High-Strength Yellow Brass, Lead Tin Bronze, Aluminum Bronze, and all other copper alloys materials
Maximum Product Size: Centrifugal Casting : Horizontal Type: Diameter : around 800 mm / Length : around 4,000 mm Vertical Type: Diameter : around 1,500 mm / Length : around 500 mm Sand Casting : Up to 20 tons per each

Material and Construction of Propeller Marine propellers are made from corrosion resistant materials as they are made operational directly in sea water which is a corrosion accelerator. The materials used for making marine propeller are alloy of aluminium and stainless steel. Other popular materials used are alloys of nickel, aluminium and bronze which are 10~15 % lighter than other materials and have higher strength.
